Psychology is the study of hyman social behavior from an indvididual perspective including the foundations of psychology as an empirical social science, the structure and functions of the brain, human development, and how individuals adapt to their environment. Students will examine principles of motivation, how a person's culture and society influence the individual, psychological disorders, and the promotion of mental health.
