Parents / Guardians:

We have several important reminders about the school calendar and announcements about a couple of upcoming events. 

First of all, Monday, February 9th, is a pre-scheduled Distance Learning Day (no school on campus).  This corresponds with the Atoka County Livestock Show.  If you get an opportunity to get out and support them, many of our students will be participating in this show.  

Secondly, Thursday, February 12th, will be our second semester Parent-Teacher Conference from 3:30-7:30 P.M.  In conjunction with the Parent-Teacher Conference, our middle and high school students will host a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) Fair in the gymnasium during the Parent-Teacher Conference.  When you are here for the conference, be sure to make your way through the gym where we will be displaying many art and science related projects and creations put together by Tushka students.  

Also, Thursday, February 12th, we will recognize Valentine’s Day.  A letter will go out next week explaining procedures for any deliveries made to the school, and elementary teachers will be sending out any information about special class activities that may take place that day.  

Finally, Friday, February 13th, there will be no school as previously scheduled (due to the previous night’s Parent Teacher Conference).
